PRODUCTION & TRACKING

All items are made to order to minimize waste and reduce emissions. Orders are then shipped from the closest available fulfillment center, usually arriving within 7-10 business days, but can take up to 14 days for international orders. 

Production time is 2-3 working days from the time the order is placed.

Tracking will be provided via email once an order ships. 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

If there is an issue with your order (printing issue, placement, wrong item received), use the contact form to let us know within 14 days of receiving the order. We will correct the issue via replacement, refund, or exchange as soon as possible. 

All items are made to order, so refunds and replacements cannot be made based on an incorrect size purchased. Please refer to sizing charts before placing an order.
